Jewellery Repairs & Restoration

  • Do You Repair Jewellery?

    Yes – we repair both modern and antique jewellery in gold, silver, platinum. Pricing varies depending on the work required, and we’ll assess your piece in person before providing a quote.

  • Do You Resize Rings?

    Yes – we resize gold, silver and platinum rings. We will size your finger in-store.

  • A Stone Has Fallen Out Of My Ring – Can You Replace it?

    Yes – we can source and set a new stone for you, with access to hundreds of diamonds and coloured gemstones to suit your piece.

  • Do You Repair Antique Jewellery?

    Yes, in most cases. However, some antique pieces may contain materials we cannot work with. We recommend visiting us for a free consultation.

  • Do You Repair Costume Jewellery?

    Unfortunately not. We don't have the equipment to work with those metals. However if you love a certain piece we would be happy to recreate your piece with precious gemstones and gold, please visit us for a quote.

  • So You Thread Or Restring Pearls & Beads?

    No we don't, we would recommend seeing someone specialised in that area.

  • Do You Repair Jewellery On The Spot?

    Unfortunately not. Your piece will go into our schedule and you will be contacted via text when it is complete, generally it takes a week although this can change depending on our current workload or intensity of the repair.

Jewellery Valuations

  • Do You Do Jewellery Valuations?

    Yes. Our valuations start from $200 per item. Simply leave your piece with us along with any paperwork you have.Valuations take approximately 2–3 weeks, and items are safely stored in our insured safes during that time.


    Note: We do not provide Superfund valuations.

  • What Types Of Valuations Do You Provide?

    We provide formal valuations for estates, family courts, fair market etc. Feel free to call us for more details.

  • I’m Not Sure If It’s Worth Valuing – Can You Help?

    Of course. We want to give the best advice with free and honest opinions if it's worth getting a formal valuation.

Jewellery Buying & Selling

  • Do You Buy Jewellery?

    Yes, we buy all types of  jewellery providing it is of precious metal and quality gemstones. All purchases of jewellery will be assessed in store and compared to current market value. 

  • Can I Trade In My Gold?

    Yes, gold can be traded to cover the cost of repairs or cabinet items

Remodelling & Custom Design

  • Can You Remodel My Jewellery?

    Absolutely. We specialise in transforming existing jewellery into something new – using your gold, stones, or both. Speak with us about creating a bespoke design.

  • Can You Reuse My Gold & Gemstones For A New Design?

    Yes we can. With simple pieces we are able to reroll your gold with the added cost of labour. If a job is more intricate we would CAD cast this using fresh gold however your gold can be traded in to reduce the price. We are able to use any gemstones as long as they are not chipped and of sound quality. 


Watch Services

  • Do You Do Watch Repairs?

    We only offer basic watch services, including: Battery replacements, link adjustments, pin replacements.

  • Do You Sell Watch Bands?

    No, we do not sell watch bands.

  • Can You Repair My Antique Clock?

    We no longer offer antique clock repairs.

  • Do You Send Your Jewellery Away?

    No - We do everything in house including repairs, stone setting, valuations, design etc

  • Do You Clean Jewellery?

    Yes – we offer professional jewellery cleaning, and often include a complimentary clean with other services like valuations or repairs.
