We design and make custom jewellery right here in-house. Most often engagement rings, remakes of sentimental pieces, or brand new designs using your own stones. Whether you’re starting with an idea, an old ring, or loose gems, we can guide you through the process.
We use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to show you a digital 3D model of your piece before it’s made. Once approved, we cast it in your chosen metal and finish it with expert care.
What to Expect:
- Custom pieces usually take 4-6 weeks to complete
- You'll get to see the wax and approve your design before we make it
- We can work with gold and stones you already have, or supply new materials

How the Process Works
We make it easy to create something beautiful and personal. Here's how it all comes together:
1. Chat & Concept
Tell us what you have in mind — a new engagement ring, a remake of something old, or a design using your own stones. Bring in any photos, sketches, or the piece you want to remodel. We’ll talk through your ideas, style, budget, and timeframe.
2. Design with CAD
Once we understand what you’re after, we create a 3D digital model using CAD (Computer-Aided Design). This lets you see the design from all angles before it’s made. We can make small changes at this stage to get everything just right.
3. Casting & Making
When the design is approved, we cast your piece in your chosen metal — gold, silver, or platinum — and begin the making process.
4. Finishing Touches
Your piece is polished, any stones are set securely, and the final details are checked over. The result is a beautifully made piece that’s ready to wear and treasure.
